This rope and all the ones in the drop menu (CR-06 thru CR-10) are made with a 100% nylon core and are formed by 5 strands of cotton rope. Each one of the five strands has a nylon core

They are very nice...excellent quality -- used by professionals. Made in Mexico -- the best ropes of Mexico.

The CR-06 & CR-07 are "vaquero" style (shorter ropes) and the CR-08 thru CR-10 are "charro" style (longer ropes).
