This is a gorgeous 1-1/2" Round concho with a 3/8" chicago screw.

It's made of German Silver with turquoise resin
also called stabilized natural turquoise
or synthesized turquoise.

This style of Concho with chicago screw back
or bridle loop is available in various sizes
